Frida Misul, daughter of Gino Misul and Zaira Samaia (3rd november 1919, Livorno, Italy)
Frida Misul, a Jewish woman singer, was arrested in Ardenza, province of Livorno on April 1st, 1944.
She was in interned in Fossoli di Carpi Camp for two months and then deported to the Auschwitz Camp.
From that camp she was transferred to a munitions factory, and arrived in the Terezin (Theresienstadt) Ghetto, from which she was liberated on May 9th, 1945.
She survived World War II, returned to Italy on August 30th, 1945 and died in 1992.
