John Turner (flûte à bec), Stephen Bettaney (piano) "A few more surprises" est une collection divertissante de compositions pour flûte à bec et piano, produite en mémoire du célèbre compositeur, pianiste et universitaire Peter Dickinson.
La compilation a été assemblée par le flûtiste à bec John Turner, un proche ami de Dickinson, tous deux promoteurs infatigables de la musique classique contemporaine.
Turner est accompagné du pianiste Stephen Bettaney, qui offre un jeu sensible mais puissant tout au long de l’album.
